In Sickness & In Health?

I'm sick. It sucks. I haven't yet decided just HOW sick I am...but I'm just not feeling right. I felt it coming on yesterday and this morning I felt like hell. I spent half of the day in bed before forcing myself out. Now, late in the evening...after a shower...I'm feeling a bit better. We shall see what tomorrow holds, I guess. I'll be in HR for the day observing my new position in action during orientation. I'm looking forward to it!

As for running, walking or whatever it is I have this blog for...I haven't done anything in three days. Totally horrible. Worst string of days since I started almost seven weeks ago. It's okay, though. I know there will be days and times like this. I just have to get back on the horse...so to speak. I will get up and hop on the treadmill tomorrow. Walking only if I still feel like crap. I'm forcing myself to complete three more days of the same 'ol intervals I've been doing for the last two weeks. I'm just not convinced that I'm ready to move forward yet. Especially after that disasterous attempt outdoors last week. Hopefully, I can kick this cold, allergies or whatever it is...and I can kick this program into high gear and move forward next week.

Strong body. Clear mind. (Right now, I would settle for a healthy body)
